  Debra Rydziel

As a client of personal training and student of dance for many years, Debra has developed a passion for fitness which led her to earn her AFAA Personal Training Certification. By incorporating different training styles, Debra keeps the workout fun and challenging, motivating clients to look forward to attaining their fitness goals. Knowing what it’s like to be de-conditioned, Debra is able to relate to clients on many levels. By identifying changes in behavior and developing an exercise program along with proper nutrition, a balanced fitness lifestyle will become a part of everyday life.

  Denise Turnbull

As a Registered Dietitian, I have been counseling clients in the health and fitness industry for the past 15 years. Being healthy has always been a concern of mine. I received my Master’s Degree in Nutrition from New York University and am certified as a personal trainer with ACE and NASM. My true passion is food and nutrition. Food is a necessary component of life. It determines our mood, energy level and overall health. There is not a single approach to ones’ diet. The best approach is to work with someone on an individualized basis to attain their goals.
