Andreas Andreas Washeim NTPI, NSCA, AFAA, NEKA

Andreas is a multilevel certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach with over 15 years of training experience. After graduating from the National Personal Training Institute in 2006, he got certified by the NSCA, AFAA. Andreas is also a NEKA certified kettlebell instructor and is recognized as one of the top kettlebell instructors in the area. His diverse training style includes suspension training, sandbags and sports and conditioning specific training as well as an array of unique training modalities. Andreas specializes in strength, endurance, functional fitness, and self confidence. His training methods incorporate exceptional attention to proper form and detail.

In 2007 Andreas introduced A-Lasting-Fitness, a one-on-one personal training studio and in-home training based primarily in the greater Danbury area. In 2011, Kettlebell Fitnessis the newest addition bringing a higher level of training to assist clients further develop their individual fitness goals.

Andreas’ passion, devotion to fitness, upbeat personality and his sincere care for his clients makes his clients look forward to each session motivating them to continually improve and succeed on their fitness journey.

Training philosophy: Working out should be fun, effective and challenging! Progressive training, proper exercise and good nutrition are the keys to improving one’s physical health, confidence and overall well being. I believe in a comprehensive approach to training by integrating balance, core, flexibility, strength, and cardio into a fitness regime.
